The role of Reservations Agent involves converting enquiries into bookings while maximising revenue opportunities, maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional guest service.

Requirements
* Experience in reservations or front office is essential
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is required
* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction is necessary
* Flexibility to work rostered shifts including weekdays and weekends
