Capturing a loyal clientele and offering a diverse range of products and sizes, you will have everything you need to develop and lead your team to establish strong rapport with customers, delivering outstanding service and achieving outstanding results! You will be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of customer relations and know the importance of presenting an impeccable store whilst staying up to date with all administrative tasks. Your role will include developing and mentoring your team to be style and brand ambassadors, delivering excellence in customer service, and you will have a successful history in leading from the front to achieve store and individual budgets as well as structured KPI's.
