We are seeking a proactive and highly organised** Executive Support Officer** to provide essential executive and administrative support to our Regional Delivery team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth management of the Executive's day-to-day operations and contributes to achieving our organisational objectives.

- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director/Director.
- Assess and prioritise requests to optimise the Executive's time and efficiency.
- Manage the Executive's calendar, correspondence, and information flow.
- Coordinate and arrange travel, meetings, and logístical requirements.
- Draft correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing notes.
- Gather and collate background information to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain and enhance administrative systems and processes for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage business information and activities effectively.

**About you**
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Proven experience in delivering professional, client-focused executive support.
- Skills in prioritising requests, managing calendars, correspondence, and records.
- Experience in coordinating travel, meetings, and logistics.
- Proficiency in drafting correspondence, agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- The ability to gather and provide background information for informed decision making
- Effective communicatoion skills with experience handling sensitive information.
- A collaborative, team play approach with a focus on efficiency and service delivery.
- Financial administration experience would be highly advantageous.
- Have the ability to offer administrative and logístical support adhering to agency policies, and maintain and update administration practices, systems, and procedures is crucial.

The NSW Reconstruction Authority (the Authority) is a statutory corporation within Planning & Environment. The Authority will improve how NSW plans for disasters and help communities to recover from them faster.
