Team Leader
to join our
Stafford
Home and Community Service.
About the role:
The Team Leader will support the delivery of community services to an assigned group of clients and will assist in the facilitation and monitoring of individualised care plans which meet the needs of clients as delegated.
The Team Leader will also supervise Home Care Workers and Support Services Workers on a day-to-day basis, assist with orientation of new staff and provide guidance and support including assessments, client related documentation and other related activities as delegated.
About you:
* Previous experience in a senior are worker or supervisory role with experience facilitating non-clinical community-based training
* Able to lead, manage, train and mentor team members
* Able to assist with planning and managing client care
* Possess highly developed interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated time-management skills
Mandatory qualifications:
* Current National Police Certificate
* Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
* Certificate IV in Home and Community Care or equivalent as well as Assist Clients With Medication Certification
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification
