Senior Operations Lead
* Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the deployment and sustenance of the Integrated Air Traffic Control Suite (IATS) across Australia.
* Collaborate with procurement and vendor partners to establish a support agreement for IATS.
* Design and manage training initiatives for engineers and technicians on IATS.
* Oversee technical readiness for IATS rollout in multiple capital cities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development and implementation of Transition and Sustainment Strategies.
* Liaise with stakeholders, including program managers, engineers, and specialists, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Direct the completion of Technical Change Lifecycle Forms.
* Provide support to the TTRP Program team for Technical Training delivery.
* Identify potential risks associated with program sustainment and develop mitigation plans.
* Ensure quality control processes are implemented during sustainment.
* Prepare regular reports on transition and sustainment efforts.
