Position Summary
Responsible for preparing authentic South Indian dishes with high quality, consistent taste, and efficient kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook traditional South Indian dishes (e.g., dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, biryani, curries).
* Ensure all meals meet taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
* Manage daily kitchen operations, including food prep and station setup.
* Maintain inventory of ingredients and ensure freshness of all food items.
* Monitor portion control and minimize food waste.
* Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.
