The role
We are looking for a (provisional or fully registered), Rehab Counsellor, Social Worker or Psychologist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. This role is open to new grads or experienced allied health professionals.
Working full-time or part-time, you will be using your clinical expertise and skills to guide and manage your client’s journey as they return to life after psychological injury. You will influence your clients to achieve the results that they’ve identified through a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation.
In this role, you’ll be….
* Managing complex physical and psychological injury cases and providing health coaching, career coaching and return to work support
* Performing vocational assessments both face to face and virtually
* Creating Employer networks with in Tasmania
* Use award winning psychosocial risk tools to achieve great outcomes
What Is Required
* Eligibility for registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or AASW
* Experience working in a similar role is highly desirable
* Proven experience working within a high-performance driven environment.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills including negotiation and consultation skills and the ability to proactively establish and sustain effective stakeholder relationships.
* Strong attention to detail with a result focused approached.
* Strong organisational skills and capacity to successfully manage competing priorities.
* Show initiative and work unsupervised.
* Well-developed ability to undertake research and to prepare, collate and organise data for reporting purposes.
* Ability to follow administration procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
* Current Australian drivers’ licence.
* Police clearance and a working with children check.
