Retail Store Manager
We're on the hunt for a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang in Echuca, VIC.
Heads up — this position is a fixed‐term parental leave cover (approximately 12 months). But if you know Ghanda, you know that we grow fast, promote from within, and great managers don't stay in one place for long - this could be the start of something much bigger!

A day in the life As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:
* Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members.
* Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
* Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
* Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
* Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.

* Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously.
* With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal‐breaker – at Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience.
