About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Training and Capability Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a training plan that enhances workforce capability and drives operational excellence.
* Lead daily training operations, ensuring compliance and audit readiness across all sites.
* Design and deliver key programs, including frontline leadership development, onboarding, and compliance training.
* Coach and lead a small team of training coordinators and LMS system administrators.
* Coordinate training activities across a large manufacturing environment, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record in training and capability development, preferably in a manufacturing or safety-critical industry.
* Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
