Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team at the forefront of customer engagement. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls, manage email correspondence, and support your allocated customer base.
You will build lasting relationships as the go-to person for parts orders and quotations, ensuring smooth daily operations for our customers. This role often requires investigating and resolving delivery and order-related issues, so strong problem-solving skills are essential.
The satisfaction you get from resolving a customer's delivery problem and keeping their operations on track will be a key part of your job.
Your day will involve maintaining data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and working with various e-commerce platforms to manage transactions between us and our customers.
Given our global reach, you will interact with a diverse range of people from our supply chain network worldwide.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of two years' experience in customer-focused roles, such as telecommunications, insurance, retail, hospitality, or any sector known for outstanding customer care

* Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
