About you:
* A graduate Mechatronics Engineer, with knowledge of, or some degree of experience with electric motors, drives, control systems, PLC's etc.
* Relevant experience (internship, capstone project, industry placement, etc.) is highly regarded.
* An understanding of machining and fabricating.
* Skilled in the use of Solidworks and Autocad software.
* A team player with excellent communication skills.
* A high attention to detail, with 'the ability to think outside the box'.
* Full Australian working rights.
What you will be doing:
* Working closely with the Senior Design Engineer.
* Assisting in CNC development and testing
* Using Solidworks & Autocad software.
* Updating electrical drawings.
* Creating and updating documentation.
* Providing advanced technical support.
* Coordinating software development.
* Other tasks as defined by business needs.
