Job Description
To continue our commitment to delivering person-centered care, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our Clinical Risk and Governance team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This role will be responsible for the delivery, implementation, and embedding of strategy and education for the long-term sustainability of care models within our facilities.
The ideal candidate must be an experienced and current AHPRA-registered Nurse with previous experience in change management within a clinical or healthcare setting, and possess knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and implement change management strategies to support the long-term sustainability of care models.
* Work alongside our leadership team to manage facilities that provide a seamless care continuum for residents and consumers.
* Collaborate with senior management to consult on project-based work and support decision-making processes.
This role requires strong time management skills, initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Experience in project evaluation and reporting on outcomes is also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Experience in change management, with knowledge of its principles and methodology.
* Understanding of primary nursing and team models of care.
* Ability to utilize technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.
* Excellent stakeholder relationship building and collaboration skills.
