Steadfast Roofing are looking to recruit a competent Office Administration Manager to work primarily onsite at our Kwinana Project Construction Office and at our head office Malaga office as and when required.

**Job requirement and skills required**
Role will involve managing the day-to-day administration duties onsite including,
- Co-ordinating, managing and recording staff hours on spreadsheet.
- Ensuring staff working tickets are up to date.
- Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
- Working with Administration Manager to ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Document control and submission of reporting documents and working within client's portal (InEight and Site Pass)
- Work under pressure.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have an analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
- Have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Be a team player who communicates well with all staff.
- Flexible to work onsite or in Malaga office.
Immediate start with competitive salary offered based on experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
