Your role at St John of God Mount Lawley H ospital
As Administration Officer you will coordinate the provision of high-level administrative services to the Engineering Department.
The Position
* Provide administrative support to the Manager
* Establish and manage effective office management systems
* Maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion at all times
* Ensure adequate supply of educational material/manuals available
* Produces accurate well-presented documents, including typing and compilation of reports, presentations, letters, memos and minutes
* Provide secretarial support and ensure typing and distribution of minutes, correspondence and memos is completed in an accurate and timely manner
* Respond in a timely and appropriate manner to all customer enquiries
* Coordinate meetings for department caregivers as required
* Ensure high standard of word processing is provided including production of flyers, brochures and promotional materials and production and updating of course material
You will hold demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with Executive, Managers, Caregivers, the public and other external stakeholders in a courteous manner, whilst conveying a high level of professionalism.
You will have a high level of customer service skills including flexibility, tact and diplomacy with the ability to coordinate and organise resources to maximise all opportunities will be required. You will determine project/assignment requirements by breaking them down into tasks and identifying types of equipment, materials, and people needed.
To succeed you will hold a Certificate in Secretarial Studies or considerable experience in a similar role with advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

* Salary: $72,103 to $75,373, plus 11.5% superannuation
* Permanent part-time position working 22.8 hours per week
