New Home Consultant - Family-Run Home Builder

About the role/duties
Key Responsibilities Include
Working from the display home to generate and condition leads into sales
Engaging with potential customers and managing the sales pipeline using an in-house CRM (training provided)
Building strong relationships with clients and the local community
Meeting and exceeding sales targets with a typical project value around $800K
Participating in weekend shifts as required to maximise lead generation
Representing the company professionally, including wearing a company-provided uniform
Skills & Experience
Experience in new home sales role with a well-established home builder
Intrinsically motivated, hardworking, and driven to succeed
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Open to all ages and backgrounds

$80K-$100K base salary + 1% commission
