As an Organisational Development Project Officer, your purpose is to assist in delivering a range of organisational development projects to support the continuous improvement of the organisation. This role will be a key driver for supporting the implementation of Council's Gender Equality Action Plan. You will collaborate with teams to develop and implement projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and productivity.
