We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Portfolio Administrator to join our boutique team on Chevron Island. This is a flexible role offering 25–30 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide end-to-end administration support for a mixed-use property portfolio (retail, commercial, and industrial)
· Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors, and service providers
· Assist with lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears management, and compliance documentation
· Coordinate maintenance requests and property inspections
· Prepare documentation and reports as required
· General administrative duties to support property operations
Requirements:
· Real Estate Salesperson Licence (QLD), or be willing to complete the course for a Salesperson licence
· Previous experience in commercial property management – essential
· Trust account experience would be an advantage.
· Strong administrative and organisational skills
· High level of professionalism and attention to detail
· Excellent communication and time management
· Experience with property management programs
(e.g. GOAT, RP Office, or similar program)
