A little brief of the role:
This is a hands-on, high-energy recruitment role where no two days look the same. You'll be recruiting at scale, building talent pipelines nationwide and working with a passionate, driven team committed to creating real outcomes for youth and disadvantaged communities.
What you'll be doing:
Owning end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations nationally
Manage a team of recruiters across states
Driving innovative, creative hiring campaigns that cut through the market
Running daily group interviews and one-on-one interviews
Headhunting and proactively sourcing top talent
Partnering with leaders to deliver fast, quality hiring outcomes
Managing offers, negotiations and onboarding
Keeping recruitment processes sharp, organised and moving
This role is perfect for someone who:
Has solid experience in Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruitment
Loves pace, volume and variety
Is confident running group assessment days and interviews
Communicates with impact and builds trust quickly
Can juggle multiple roles without missing a beat
