We're on the hunt for a standout Account Director – Paid Media to lead the charge on key client relationships and shape campaigns that blend data, creativity, and performance.
What you'll do
Effectively lead & manage allocated key clients taking responsibility for, and driving media strategy.
Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of a portfolio of client projects across the business from brief to completion.
Develop media strategies & plans primarily across digital platforms (Facebook, Google Suite, TikTok, OLV & Open Web Programmatic etc), for both brand and conversion outcomes.
Ability to plan & buy across offline channels (D/OOH) preferred but not required.
Build, implement and manage paid media campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Train & manage junior team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality work across our paid client portfolio.
Communicate effectively with the client to build new relationships and nurture existing ones.
Drive integrated creative and media thinking in responses, collaborating with multiple departments including our in-house design & production studio.
Maintain strong relationships with media partners to ensure strong levels of support & enable the negotiation of media deals.
Proactively develop and pitch new campaign ideas.
Lead reporting on activity to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and to ensure the client is informed of performance in line with their KPIs.
Work with the creative team to develop creative strategy on media accounts to drive strong results.
Work with graphic designers to ensure the timely delivery of designs, and video for paid activity.
About you
At least 4 years' experience in the digital media marketing industry.
Completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar.
Expert knowledge of digital media platforms, buying systems and industry best practices including self-service platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc) and DSPs (DV360, etc).
Proven management skills to ensure excellence in reporting staff.
Knowledge of principles and methods promoting, and selling products or services across e-commerce, lead generation and physical sales campaigns.
Exceptional verbal and written communication.
Proven passion for driving continual improvement across media campaigns to drive ROI for clients.
Ability to develop solid relationships within the business and with clients.
Ability to manage and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines.
