About You: We are looking for a candidate with proven supervisory experience in hospitality, who possesses excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate their team members, manage conflict resolution situations effectively while maintaining a positive work environment. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations during busy shifts As a Senior Supervisor you will be working closely with other senior staff members who will support your development as well as provide guidance when needed. This role requires someone who is willing to learn continuously, stay up-to-date on industry trends & best practices within hospitality sector ; use creative approaches towards quality service delivery whilst promoting workplace culture among colleagues .
