Our Charities + Social Sector team
Our market-leading Charities + Social Sector team provides high-quality, practical legal solutions to charities, not-for-profits and other social impact organisations.
We work with people and organisations across all areas of charity and not-for-profit establishment, regulation and compliance, as well as acting on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and corporate governance.
We believe charities, not-for-profits and other social impact organisations play an essential and extremely valuable role in society.
Through our extensive knowledge and experience with the laws and circumstances unique to the charity and social impact sector, we work with clients to achieve positive social outcomes.

About You
As our successful candidate you will demonstrate a desire, and the capacity, to work on high profile and technically challenging matters for charities, not-for-profit and social impact organisations.
In addition, you will have:
3+ years' experience at a reputable law firm;
previous experience working in charities and not-for-profits law, corporate law or M
outstanding drafting, advice writing and analytical skills;
the ability to work effectively with clients; and
the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
