Sales Executive Burwood, Vic – We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Sales Consultant to join the dynamic team at our modern showroom in Burwood. In this role you'll merge with an experienced team, be a leader in providing a great end‑to‑end customer experience and help elevate performance across the board. As an Audi Expert you will share your knowledge, enhance the driving experience, and inspire customers about the Audi brand. You will bring the Audi brand to life while confidently answering technical questions, supporting customers in their selection process, and delivering an outstanding vehicle handover experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in prestige automotive sales (preferred but not essential)
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding negotiation skills
* Strong attentiveness and focus
* Ability to set personal goals and targets
* Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work under pressure and to a deadline
* A passion for providing consistent outstanding customer service
* Willingness to work hard and have fun
Key Responsibilities
* Handling enquiries and prospecting for new customers
* Ensuring a follow‑up system that encourages repeat business and generates leads
* Maximising every sales opportunity and helping achieve volume and profit objectives
* Maintaining thorough knowledge of all current product benefits and features
* Being available full‑time, including Saturdays (weekday RDO)
