Their newest venue is set to launch with a bang and is located just 5 minutes from the heart of Wodonga. The fit-out features a warm, wooden country feel; the food is hearty; and the service is perfect for anything from a quick bite to a sit-down meal with small or large groups. This is a highly customer-facing role that requires a motivated, guest-focused leader who thrives on delivering exceptional service every time. You'll be supported through the setup and launch phase, build a team from the ground up, and then report remotely to the executive team in Melbourne, running the restaurant autonomously and overseeing the full business unit. This role is ideal for a seasoned QSR or casual dining leader who is excited by the opportunity to step into restaurant ownership.
