About the Role
We provide quality care and support to people living with disabilities and older Australians. We are looking for compassionate, professional and reliable individuals who take pride in making a genuine difference.
Role included promoting independence, safety and confidence.
Following Individual Support Plans.
Assisting with social recreational and skill building activities.
Requirements
* Must have a current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current Police Check and First Aid/CPR
* Relevant qualifications or experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
* Commitment to professionalism, punctuality and quality care
* Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
* Experience working with teens
* Manual Handling Training
* Mental Health training or experience
* Strong Communication Skills
