Job Overview:
A strategic Risk Governance Business Partner is required to lead the organization's risk management framework, governance, and compliance. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to refine and embed governance frameworks and build organizational resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive enterprise-wide risk management strategy.
* Embed and refine governance frameworks, registers, and reporting tools.
* Support the development and implementation of a new Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
* Coordinate internal audits and monitor compliance with legislative and internal obligations.
* Review and advise on organizational policies and controls.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in enterprise risk, compliance, or corporate governance roles.
* Knowledge of risk and business continuity standards.
* Strong ability to lead or coordinate audits, update risk registers, and shape compliance systems.
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Structured thinking with strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
