Field Supervisor
Job Overview:
This role is part of a growing infrastructure services team. As a Field Supervisor, you will oversee the coordination and delivery of project-based construction activities in the telecommunications sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and prepare site works, ensuring smooth execution of construction activities.
* Lead and support teams on-site, working closely with subcontractors and colleagues to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
* Collaborate and communicate effectively, providing clear guidance, escalating issues when needed, and keeping clients informed.
* Ensure safety, quality, and resource management, overseeing HSE practices, checking work standards, and making sure materials and equipment are available when needed.
Requirements:
* A relevant trade qualification with experience in a supervisory role.
* Telecommunications knowledge is advantageous.
* Ability to read and interpret plans is advantageous.
* Civil construction background, including directional drilling, ploughing, and open trenching, is beneficial.
* Understanding of residential and business cabling requirements.
* Willingness to travel across the state.
