The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality educational content and training programs to registered nurses across various facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing comprehensive training plans to meet the needs of our nursing staff
* Providing expert guidance and mentorship to ensure the success of our training programs
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business outcomes
Requirements
* Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent qualification
* Strong background in nursing education and training
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
