What You'll Do
Deliver a high-touch service experience that exceeds client and tenant expectations.
Manage a premium portfolio with a calm, confident, and solution-focused approach.
Nurture long-term relationships with owners, investors, and tenants built on trust.
Oversee leasing and inspections with precision, polish, and proactive communication.
Collaborate with our in-house creative and marketing team to position each property at its best.
Drive operational excellence, from compliance to presentation, in line with QSL standards.
Represent the brand with integrity, professionalism, and genuine warmth.
What You'll Bring
You are a trusted advisor.
You understand people, pride, and the details that make the difference.
Proven experience in premium property management or executive leasing.
A reputation for clear communication, efficiency, and composure.
Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
Driver's licence.
Local Gold Coast or Northern Rivers market knowledge.
A natural ability to manage expectations with empathy and confidence.
