* Collaborate with web and CRO teams to improve site experience and sales funnel

* Support strategic planning and campaign launches across multiple markets

* Deliver weekly reporting, insights, and ongoing performance improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role is suitable for professionals with proven experience managing or supporting large-scale paid ad accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, confident in using GA4, Meta Ads, UTM tracking, and attribution tools. A background in DTC, eCommerce, or wholesale marketing is highly desirable, as well as a deep understanding of KPIs, CAC, and LTV models.
