Empowering Careers Coach
The role of an Empowering Careers Coach is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to guide individuals towards job-readiness and sustainable employment. Working one-on-one with clients, you will provide personalized support to help them achieve their career goals.
Your day-to-day activities may include:
* Counseling and Motivation: Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
* Relationship Building: Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
* Job Placement: Reverse marketing clients to employers and placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
* Record Keeping: Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
* Exceptional Service: Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
You will be working with a vibrant and collaborative team of employment services professionals who are dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.
Key Qualifications and Experience
* Customer Service Experience: Minimum one year's experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
* Client Focus: Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
* Communication Skills: Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
* Results Driven: Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
* Desire to Make a Difference: An overall desire to be part of an organization that empowers individuals and businesses to thrive; and
* Valid Driver's License: Hold a current Drivers Licence.
