**The Role**
The Manager - Digital & CRM Marketing position will lead the digital marketing and marketing technology for Anglicare Southern Queensland, overseeing digital strategy, social media, website content, CRM, digital advertising and scoping and implementation of technology requirements.
Some of the responsibilities of the role will include
- Use content such as guides, videos, webinars, etc to attract and engage prospects across social media platforms and Anglicare SQ websites.
- Engage and convert prospects on social media (organic and paid), digital platforms and websites to build a database of engaged contacts.
- Utilise and interpret digital analytical tools to report on key metrics from initial advertising, conversions and influence on conversions.
- Lead the creative direction for all social media content, including copywriting and digital design where needed.
- Scope, design and develop the Anglicare Southern Queensland websites where the need arises.
**Ideal Experience & Skillset**
- Experience in digital marketing, content and website building and management
- Experience in sales, marketing and client experience software and implementation of new technology rollouts including CRM programs
- Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms; online advertising and remarketing such as Google Display Network, Adwords, Meta and general ad platform knowledge
- Ability using extended digital analytical tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, SEMRush etc
- Experience using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator etc)
