We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Coordinator to join our passionate international team. You'll be the key link between our customers, overseas agents, Customs, Quarantine, and third-party service providers, ensuring shipments are delivered smoothly, on time, and in full compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating international shipments to meet contract terms and customer expectations
* Managing shipping schedules and ensuring documentation compliance
* Liaising with clients, operations teams, and external suppliers
* Keeping customers informed of shipment progress
* Supporting the international team with day-to-day operations
What You'll Bring
* Experience or qualifications in Import/Export (preferred)
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently
