Lowes Petroleum is seeking a proactive and hands-on Depot Supervisor to join our team and support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our Blackall depot. Reporting to the Mackay Depot Manager, you will oversee and manage the administration and operational performance of the Blackall Depot.

About the Role
As the Depot Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the depot. You will oversee depot operations, support drivers and yard staff, and ensure our safety, compliance, and customer service standards are consistently met. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
Tasks and Responsibilities
•
Support and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Blackall Depot
•
Coordinate the delivery of fuel and lubricants to Blackall and surrounding areas
•
Manage truck scheduling, fleet maintenance, and the effective allocation of depot assets
•
Process invoicing, data entry, and reconciliations using company software systems
•
Manage driver rosters, training, and ongoing compliance requirements
•
Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and safety standards
•
Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements, including Basic Fatigue Management (BFM)
•
Build strong working relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
•
Uphold high standards of safety, customer service, and operational excellence across the depot
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, and enjoys working in an operational environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Competency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience in the fuel and/or logistics industry
* Knowledge of:
* Basic Fatigue Management & scheduling
* Working with Dangerous Goods
* Managing customer accounts
* Strong communication skills and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices
