Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced Data Manager.
Key Criteria
* A broad range of experience in developing, operationalizing, and embedding people data and analytics solutions.
* Deep experience in process improvements and people data capability system uplift.
* Experience working with/or managing a reporting and analytics team including report developers, data analysts and business analysts.
* Experience working with senior business and technical stakeholders including C-suite and Group executives.
* Experience leading data visualization development teams, delivering analytical outputs such as reports and dashboards to address prioritized business requirements utilizing tools such as Qlik Sense or similar.
* Knowledge and experience in Data Governance & Data Quality.
* Experience with a range of vendors, services, and tools including: Qlik, Snowflake, Matillion and Informatica data quality.
* A broad range of experience in agile delivery.
* Well-developed coordination skills combined with a sound understanding of project management techniques.
* A broad range of experience in lead subject matter expert roles in project delivery.
