The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and make a significant contribution to the continued growth of the business. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a high-performing recruitment professional with a strong track record in client relationship management, business development, and the mentoring of junior consultants. The successful candidate will have experience recruiting across white-collar professional disciplines and will be comfortable working with a diverse portfolio of white collar professional roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to successful placement.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through a consultative, partnership-led approach.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within your specialist market.
* Source, assess, and place high-calibre candidates across a range of roles.
* Provide clients with informed market insights and recruitment advice.
* Support and mentor junior consultants where required.
* Contribute to strategic discussions and forums.
About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment.
* Proven track record of successful client development.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Commercially minded with a proactive, self-driven approach.
* Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities effectively.
* Learning-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Passion for recruitment and delivering outstanding client and candidate experiences.
