What You'll Do:
* Track monthly expenses and ensure budgets stay on target.
* Prepare and present quote recommendations to Property Managers and owners.
* Provide insights and recommendations for Opex and Capex budgets.
* Manage capital works and fit-out projects across the property portfolio.
* Liaise with tenants and contractors to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
* Issue work orders through Cirrus FM and verify invoices for payment.
* Provide backup support to Property Managers during absences.
* Complete general administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
* Lead the integration of Cirrus FM and PIM software to streamline workorder processes.

* Ability to travel as required across the portfolio.
Skills & Experience:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Understanding of commercial leases, contracts, and basic accounting reports.
* Knowledge of property maintenance, project management, and relevant legislation.
* Experience in general administration, property management, facilities maintenance, or accounts.
* Previous commercial real estate experience is highly desirable.
* Certificate of Registration in Real Estate required.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
