Business Development Manager Role

In this role, you will:
* Hunt for new business: Identify and prioritise leads based on strategic fit and commercial value.
* Deliver winning proposals: Work closely with Sales Support to craft compelling, tailored solutions.
* Own the customer experience: Stay connected with your client base through regular visits and meaningful conversations that uncover opportunities and drive results.
* Bring insights to life: Leverage your understanding of customer needs to offer innovation, technical support, and value engineering ideas that boost customer success – and ours.
* Be the problem solver: Respond quickly and effectively to queries, escalating to Customer Service when needed to ensure issues are resolved with urgency and care.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Proven sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Economics (or equivalent experience).
* Demonstrated experience in cold calling, pipeline development, and deal conversion.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at every level – from the warehouse to the boardroom.
