The Opportunity: You will join a growing team supporting a diverse portfolio of remedial and fit-out projects. Reporting to senior project leadership, this role is critical in developing accurate estimates, managing subcontractor pricing, and supporting commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for remedial works and fit-out/refurbishment projects. Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Identify risks, opportunities, and potential value-engineering solutions. Develop and maintain pricing comparisons and tender documentation for approvals. Assist with variations, cost planning, and post-tender reviews. Collaborate with project teams to help deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards. About You: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Estimator in a construction environment Proven experience in remedial building works is a must Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. Excellent negotiation, organisation, and communication skills. Ability to interpret scopes, drawings, and contract conditions accurately.
