What You'll Be Doing
* Create and maintain production schedules aligned to plant capabilities and demand
* Manage raw materials and packaging purchasing to support production
* Maintain product master data to ensure accurate planning and scheduling
* Monitor inventory levels, helping optimise stock and reduce excess
* Work closely with operations, procurement, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
* Identify and resolve supply or production issues to keep operations on track
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across planning systems and processes

What We're Looking for
* Tertiary qualifications in a technical field (ideally supply chain related discipline) and 2+ years' experience in manufacturing supply chain, planning, or purchasing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working with data and Excel (ERP/SAP exposure is a bonus)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
