We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain management across multiple sites and brands. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for planning, procurement, logistics, compliance, and vendor relationships while mentoring the Product Coordinator.
Your focus will be on delivering wines on time, in full, and at optimal cost, embedding sustainability and best practice processes across the supply chain.
You will lead the Sales & Operations Planning process, build bottling schedules, manage allocation planning, develop procurement partnerships, and oversee export logistics and compliance globally.
* Strong financial and analytical skills, including end-of-month processes, invoicing, and reconciliations.
* Advanced ERP experience (Cin7) and excellent Microsoft Office capability.
* Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, efficiency, and cost optimisation.
* In-depth knowledge of logistics, exports, and regulatory compliance, with a strong sustainability focus.
This role requires 8+ years' experience in supply chain management, ideally in wine or FMCG, with exposure to multi-site operations.
