As a BOSS Product Specialist, you will be leading as point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service. You will ensure to communicate effectively to both clients and the internal team to ensure all operations, processes and deadlines are met efficiently and effectively. The role also operates as a Field Service Technician performing product delivery and set-up and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years in a similar role in Agriculture and/or mechanical trade background.
- Comfortable with manual labor tasks, ideally suited for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience in equipment and machinery.
- Solid interpersonal skills for building relationships with staff, clients, and suppliers.
- Ability to analyse processes and implement improvements for continuous efficiency.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and works well with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities within scope of responsibility.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in a similar role in Agriculture and/or mechanical trade background; comfortable with manual labor and hands-on equipment experience; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ability to analyse processes and implement improvements; excellent time management and organizational abilities; self-motivated with minimal supervision.
