About the role
We're seeking a Bottling & Logistics Manager to oversee production and distribution at our Mount Barker winery. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance production efficiency with uncompromising quality.
What you'll be doing
* Planning and coordinating bottling to meet production targets and orders
* Managing transport and distribution to wholesalers, retailers, and direct customers
* Overseeing inventory and working with supply chain partners to ensure adequate stock levels
* Identifying improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
* Leading, coaching, and developing the team
What we're looking for
* Knowledge of production, warehousing, or logistics (experience helpful but not essential)
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and leadership ability
* Willingness to learn and grow with the role
