Chandler Macleod is seeking a Shop Supervisor to support the team at the Steggles Shop, Sydney.

Leading the industry through innovation, providing fresh poultry to local retailers and offering value-added products to Quick Service Restaurants and food service customers. About the role
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily shop operations including opening/closing procedures
- Supporting a small team of retail staff
- Ensuring excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Managing stock levels, rotation, and ordering
- Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
- Assisting with rostering and basic reporting
About you
As the Shop Supervisor, you will:
- Possess a strong knowledge of Steggles’ retail products and a comprehensive understanding of Baiada guidelines (preferred)
- Have previous retail experience
- Demonstrate leadership skills and a business-oriented mindset
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be customer-focused, passionate about delivering excellent service
- Possess money-handling skills and basic mathematical abilities
- Be well-organised and productive
- Have unlimited Australian working rights
