Job Description
* Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
* Monitor and report on financial performance and key metrics.
* Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
* Support audit processes and provide accurate documentation as required.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team.
Successful Finance Analyst A Successful Finance Analyst Should Have
* A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting software.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
* Preferred skills: SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, SAX, Python, etc.
