Brunel is partnering with one of Brisbane's leading Tier 2 Builders to fill a requirement for a Finishes Foreman to join its team on a high-rise residential build in South Brisbane.

About this role
- Producing schedules and monitoring attendance of sub-contractors.
- Proven experience of effectively managing a team, including sub-contractors, labourers and other site staff in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships.
- Responsible for onsite Quality Assurance including defecting
- Ability to read and interpret plans.
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements
- Daily site reporting on progress to Project Team.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
About you
- Experience working on multi-unit, high-rise residential and commercial construction projects
- Carpentry trade background ideal
- Worked as a Finishes Foreman for established Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 builders / builder developers in Brisbane or Gold Coast
- Ability to manage and sequence finishes trades.
- A strong eye for detail
- Will have worked as a Finishes Foreman on several apartment projects
