We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transactions Specialist to process and manage our financial transactions with efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Process payroll on a weekly basis, including STP and monthly superannuation payments
* Manage end-to-end accounts payable by processing EFT payments to suppliers
* Handle accounts receivable by following up on overdue accounts
* Perform monthly bank reconciliations
* Support the implementation of a new software system
Requirements
* Cert III in Accounting or Business Administration
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word & Excel)
* Proven experience working with Xero Software
* Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
