Your new role As a novated lease consultant your key contribution will be to provide top notch service to new and existing customers. You will be a critical link between the company and its customers and make sure they are being appropriately looked after. This role is the true definition of sales through service. Some of your responsibilities include: Warm and pre-qualified leads - no cold calling Nurturing leads and opportunities to convert to finance, sourcing and/or disposal of a vehicle, including providing lease quotations, assisting with credit applications, vehicle sourcing or liaising with external dealers Providing exceptional customer service and education throughout the process to achieve strong NPS results Ensuring compliance and consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures, and legislation Meeting targets set for each KPI (including growth in transaction, customer satisfaction and compliance) on an ongoing basis Your skills and experience Your attitude is more important - they hire on culture and value career progression Ideally you will have at least 1 year’s sales experience - open to industry Call centre experience is advantageous but not essential You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you You are known for your attention to detail, time management and resilience Your benefits Opportunity to earn uncapped commission - up to $180K OTE No weekend work - you will be working Mon - Fri between 8am - 5pm Flexible working arrangements An additional day of birthday leave 2 volunteer days 3 days over Christmas Free coffee and a massage in the office once a month Thorough on boarding and training with mapped out career progressions You will love working with them!
