About the role
Ryco Industries is looking for a full-time Transport Delivery Driver & Storeman to join our team in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. In this varied role, you will be responsible for safely delivering products to our customers across the local area, as well as providing general storeman duties to support our warehouse operations.
What you'll be doing
* Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customer locations
* Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring items are packed securely
* Maintain accurate delivery records and provide excellent customer service
* Assist with inventory management, General packing and picking as well as and general warehouse duties
* Follow all health, safety and quality protocols to ensure safe work practices
What we're looking for
* A current manual Australian driver's licence and experience driving commercial vehicles ideally truck and trailer.
* Minimum 2+ years of commercial vehicle driving experience required.
* Knowledge of OH&S standards, delivery processes and safe handling of goods and have an eye for detail
* Ability to follow instructions, work independently and as part of a team
* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
* Physically fit to perform manual handling duties
* A positive and friendly attitude.
* White card preferred although not essential.
* General hand tool knowledge
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
