The Role
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing our organisation by building partnerships, identifying opportunities, and driving sustainable growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to attract new participants and referral partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including community organisations, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within the NDIS and disability sector.
* Represent the organisation at networking events, expos, and community engagement activities.
* Provide regular reporting on growth, opportunities, and outcomes to the leadership team.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in business development, sales, or stakeholder engagement (disability or NDIS experience highly regarded).
* Skilled at building authentic relationships and networking with a variety of stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in working independently.
* Passionate about making a positive impact in the disability sector.
