**Senior Legal Counsel Position Summary**
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the General Counsel and gain exposure to the wider business.
* As Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide expert advice and support on property-related matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance, construction, and development projects.
* You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property and commercial contracts and agreements.
* Additionally, you will conduct due diligence on property transactions to identify legal risks and provide recommendations.
* Staying updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the property and construction industries is essential for this role.
* You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
* Finally, you will assist in the management and resolution of legal disputes and litigation related to property, construction, and commercial issues.
Key Responsibilities:
